A large electrical utility approached Sectrio with a need to develop and scale a comprehensive OT cybersecurity program in 3 years. Sectrio’s consulting team did a detailed structural analysis to understand their current OT Security posture and associated gaps. A recommendation of a 5-year rapid scaling roadmap inclusive of the best practices and the security levels that each SUC has to adhere to was charted out and agreed to by the senior management and relevant stakeholders.
