Key responsibilities
- Managing Sales forecasting and reporting
- Managing data and systems such as the CRM
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
- Reporting sales and campaign results
- Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by reps
- Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs example Salesforce
- Handling lead generation and booking appointments
- Developing “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
- Playing a key role in sales and operations planning (S&OP)
Skillset
- Good management skills, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritise a number of conflicting demands to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Influencing skills; can impact & challenge senior level discussions
- Problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges
- Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both within the organization and in the Markets
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales operation experience is a must
