Sectrio solution and platform can capture latent, sophisticated, multi-modal, and expressed threats from anywhere for Telcos and Service Providers, 5G Deployments, Manufacturing, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy Utilities, Defense & Intelligence, Maritime, Connected & Electric Vehicles, Retail Smart Cities, Critical Infrastructure Projects, and other Enterprise Networks.
The Sales Manager will significantly contribute to the growth of the region by reaching key customers through all available GTM strategies and models. You are motivated by empowering our customers to meet their Cybersecurity needs and you are driven with an encompassing passion for solution selling. The Sales Manager will be responsible to win key Government and enterprise accounts with a strong focus on driving revenues in the assigned territories.

Responsibilities
- New business development through leveraging your network and qualifying leads
- Consistently meet target of license sales, support and service revenue with accurate forecasting and deadlines
- Conduct effective account planning and opportunity management for a given region
- Ability to negotiate favourable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises & partners by selling value and return on investment
- Build & liaise with channel partners and alliances in GCC region for maximum effectiveness
- Work closely with the sales engineering and in-house teams, as well as partner services resources
- Secure key reference accounts in relevant verticals for OT & IoT Security solutions
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing data
- execute on leveraging alliances and relationships with key partners in the region and engage in joint marketing activities and events with the partners
- Evangelize the Sectrio Solutions within End Users, SI, and partner communities and act as an ambassador for the company in the region
- Willingness to travel and ensure the success of the above
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on selling complex and long sales-cycle enterprise solutions
- Understanding of recent cybersecurity trends and key vendors in the industry
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to leverage channel partners & have a strong charismatic executive presence and you are well presented
- Make important forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic, and fun work environment and you are comfortable to be ‘disruptive’
- Can work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate offices
- Can use CRM systems (such as Salesforce) extensively
- Demonstrate a good track record of success and knowledge with prospects and customers in the defined territory
