Sales Operations Manager

Location:

Key responsibilities

  • Managing Sales forecasting and reporting
  • Managing data and systems such as the CRM
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Reporting sales and campaign results
  • Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by reps
  • Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
  • Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs example  Salesforce
  • Handling lead generation and booking appointments
  • Developing “go to market” models for products and campaigns
  • Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize wins
  • Playing a key role in sales and operations planning (S&OP)

Skillset

  • Good management skills, with flexibility regarding tasks undertaken and the ability to prioritise a number of conflicting demands to meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Influencing skills; can impact & challenge senior level discussions
  • Problem solving mindset; enjoys working through challenges
  • Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders both within the organization and in the Markets
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales operation experience is a must
